This is an amazing library and the oldest tax payer funded library in America. Beautiful old building but so modern (and busy) inside. Loved the children's library which was probably the same size as Czytaj więcej

Went to the American Museum of Natural History. The exhibits and dioramas were amazing. We didn't see Dr Ross Gellar though... No, Homo Habilis was erect , Australopithecus was NEVER fully erect!
Ride through central park

Bek and I walked over the Brooklyn Bridge and wandered around the river and a bit of the neighbourhood. It was lovely and much more chill compared with Manhattan. Great views back across to the Czytaj więcej

A monumental day in Washington DC

Monuments and memorials in DC including the Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt, Martin Luther King Jnr, Korean War, Lincoln and Einstein. They are all spectacular and very majestic.
White House

We did a White House tour and got to hang out with Trump while Melania made us grilled cheese. We got to see quite a few historical rooms in the mansion but nothing too juicy.
Tour of the Capitol

Wow! It was amazing and we only got to spend a short amount of time there before it closed. The reading room was awesome and their collection size is... 16 million books and 120 million other items! Czytaj więcej

We hired a car in DC and hit the road heading south through Virginia. We spent the night in Blacksberg which is a University town and we found a delightful diner called Lefties that had some delicious Czytaj więcej

We stayed 3 nights in Clarkesville Georgia in a beautiful inn called Glenn-Ella Springs. Awesome food and beautiful scenery and we did a few walks through the Tallulah Canyon.
