Great monkey sighting at Manuel Antonio beach. I think these are Capuchin monkeys. Nice iguana too.

Iguana Libre

El Pavon waterfall

Boruca masks

Cocoa workshop

Students are learning how to make chocolate from the cocoa plant. The yellow pods contain the seeds encased in a delicious white and gooey fruit. We have to roast the seeds and then remove the skin.Baca selengkapnya

…is grenadilla. Related to the passion fruit I think, it opens to a gelatinous goo with seeds. It’s tasty.

Rafting
