Great monkey sighting at Manuel Antonio beach. I think these are Capuchin monkeys. Nice iguana too.

Iguana Libre

At a cute ecolodge and we have the entire place. It’s simple but really cute. And the Swiss couple who runs it is wonderful.
El Pavon waterfall

Boruca masks

We are in the Terraba indigenous community of El Descanso. We are in indigenous territory now and it is one of 8 communities in CR. The culture disappeared for a time after the Spaniards arrived here.Baca selengkapnya

Cocoa workshop

Students are learning how to make chocolate from the cocoa plant. The yellow pods contain the seeds encased in a delicious white and gooey fruit. We have to roast the seeds and then remove the skin.Baca selengkapnya

…is grenadilla. Related to the passion fruit I think, it opens to a gelatinous goo with seeds. It’s tasty.

Rafting
