    Yesterday we had a cooking class, we arrived in the morning and started right in. First we made bread, then three empanadas one beef, one onion and one cheese. Each flavor was folded and sealed differently to tell them apart. Dessert was a pastry made with quince jam. While the food was resting, we went to the wine tasting. We returned to have a five course meal, too much food and drink. We did not have to eat for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is a travel day, we are headed to Iguazu Falls.Read more
