We started very early this morning heading to the airport in Mendoza to head to our last original stop in Argentina, Puerto Iguazu, home to the famous Iguazu Falls and the most northern (and warmest) part of Argentina. Didn’t have much planned during the day so we took a walk to Hito Tres Fronteras which is a river confluence where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet. We came back to the hotel for a quick swim in the pool to cool off, and then off to another Argentinian dinner at “The Argentine Experience” where we made drinks, empanadas, ate a excellent steak dinner and finished with alfajories, and sipped mata.Read more
