Corfu Town, Greece

We got back to the old town of Corfu at dusk, when most of the shops were closing. We snapped a couple of pictures of the old fortress built by the Venetians in 1546. The church down the road is the Church of St. Spyridon, the patron saint of Corfu. The church was built in 1589. The last picture is a typical street in modern Corfu. Unfortunately the esplanade was too dark to photograph by the time we arrived.Leer más
