I slept in a little bit, was tired from the 30 mile day! Hiked quickly today because Ian and Riley met me at timberline! I was excited to see them again. I hiked past little Crater lake. I had been there before with Jared. Forgot it was on the PCT. It was pretty fun walking past frog lake and crossing highway 35. Places so close to home! Ian brought the camp stove and grilled up cheese burgers for Mel and I. We hung out in the timberline lot for a bit but it was insanely windy. There is a Forest service campsite right below timberline that we stayed at since it was a bit more sheltered. Ian set up the bed in the back of the element. Was so nice to see Ian and Riley again so soon!Les mer
