West Bay Creek

I forgot to post last night. We covered a lot of ground yesterday…. Mostly on plane and I missed most of it working. The winds came later than projected so it was not bad. We anchored for the night west of Panama City in West Bay Creek a small creek west of West Bay proper and off the ditch part of the ICW. It has good north protection and easy access to shore for the dog….no mud!! We went over 80 miles but I forget the exact number. Nice thing about being on plane is we were at anchor at 11:30. Small craft advisory for today. We are going to poke our head out and probably anchor in a cove of islands not far away. Starlink doesn’t much care for the trees here so at a minimum we need to find it some open sky… 😎.Read more
