My knee and even my dad's knee started to hurt so we bought bandages. It helped, it was less painful, but it still hurts a lot when I bend down.

Last year on Camino we discovered that BEER is the ideal diet for a pilgrim: it is refreshing and light digestible. It gives you lot if water and energy. It has vitamins and minerals. And at last but not least alcohol as a pain killer. Unfortunately because of the lack of vitamin C you have to eat sometimes some fruits or salad as well. The best Spanish beer (as you can see) is Mahou.

At a local cider bar we learned the proper way to pour cider. You have to pour it from about 1 meter so foam is created and it taste better. Only problem, half of the drink is lost.

The restaurant looked amazing and the guy pouring he cider did not spill half of it on the flour! This time they actually knew how to pour the cider :)

Most of the way was on the road. Nothing special.
At a very local bar we had the 'menu Del dia' for only 6 euros. The food was really nice!

For dinner we had octopus and line-caught squid in ink and cider, this time from a machine so we could pour the drink ourselves and did not have to wait for someone to do it for us.

We found a tabaco shop, which was also a bar and store. It literally had anything there. Shoes, fruits, meat, household appliances, basically anything.
We had a tea and some biscuits.
