Above the clouds

For my birthday, we chose a nice hike starting directly behind our apartment. Soon, we were above the clouds and enjoyed some great views. We passed the „Old Bielefeld Hut“ on the way to a more alpine terrain. Nothing too difficult, but we enjoyed being in the mountains!
On the way down, we stopped at „New Bielefeld Hut“ for lunch and a beer. All in all, we hiked some 2000 metres up and down again on this tour while covering a distance of about 20km.
Back home, we cooked a simple dinner and had a glass of wine to cheers to another year full of fun and adventure.Läs mer
