Mercado de Abastos de Santiago

We bought marisco (navajas, centolla y zamburiñas) fresh at the market. In another stall on the market they cooked the seafood for us. And because this lady Monica was from Venezuela she didn't mind cooking the fresh pimientos de padrón as well for us. In another stall we bought the chilled albariño wine and so the delicious birthday meal could start on a bench at the market. Many especially pellegrinos that passed us were enviously looking at us on how we were enjoying our festive meal. Happy birthday!!Read more
