Und da es uf Siquijor so vil wasserfäll het, hämmer dänkt mir verbinded de eint mitere wanderig. Clever wie mer sind, hämmer es wander-app abeglade wo eus de wäg zeigt… 🧐 nur händs währenddesse riisfälder und wasserkanäl bauet, wos eus zimli schwirig gmacht het, überhaupt es wägli zgfinde, geschweige denn uf de route zbliibe… Mir sind buechstäblich en halb stund hin und her, dur vorgärte dure und fast de bewohner dur d‘stube gloffe (hüüsli 2x3 meter) und sind nid emal 100 meter wiit cho. 🤣🤣 schlussändli het eine verbarme gha und isch mit eus gloffe. Nie im läbe hätted mir DE pfad gfunde oder wäred dem entlang!! Mir wäred hoffnigslos verlore gange!! 🤪🙈🤪🙈
Wer lauft scho dur dicht bewachsne dschungel und ufeme wasserkanal für d‘fälder zur bewässerig?!? Und denn hets volli konzentration bruucht 😱 zumindest für öpper wo bitz höhenangst het!! Links ischs s‘loch ab und nie hesch gwüsst obs rächts usem dschungelhang schlangene (isch au debi gsi) oder sust viecher git, wo di usem wald ahspringed oder vo de bäum gheied… ajajaj 😂😂 aber glohnt het sichs und glachet hämmer au!!! 😜😜😜

Siquijor as well is famous of its water falls. So we thought to combine one of it with a hiking trip. Clever as we are, not w/o a hiking-app, leading us the way 🧐… well, seems that in the meantime the whole path was built with rice fields and its water supply and even having tried half an hour (we did not even get the 100 meter mark!!) it was impossible to even find a path! We ended up in front-gardens and peoples mini-houses (2x3 meters and we almost stomped through it!), until a local helped us (laughing!! 😅) up to the fall. We would have been hopelessly lost and would NEVER have walked along w/o him!!! 🤣🙈😇🙈 I mean, who would have walked ON the water canal for the fields?!? And it got a bit tricky as well, balancing while on one side you have the forest, not knowing what animal could could popp-up, and on the other side a down-hill slope 😱
But it was all worth it and we had fun!! 😜😜Read more
