Brookings for the weekend

Les got up at 8am, fed Indy and took him out to do his business. They stopped at the BBQ trailer near by and bought a Giant Breakfast Burrito and coffee (for Jill). Then it was time to take Indy back to the beach to play frisbee. Next we went to a laundrymat in town and did a couple of loads of laundry. The coin machine gave a mix of quarters and one dollar coins, but would not take the on dollar coins and give us quarters. So we went to the local US Bank and got a couple of rolls of quarters. Lunch was at Fat Irish Pub near the marins. The fish and chips and clam chowder were very good. Les worked on the hitch receiver to tighten it up. He replaced three bolts with longer bolts, but the bolts with longer threads needed an Allen Wench. Checking his tool kit, Les found he didn't have one large enough, so back to town to get one at NAPA. The receiver tightened up nicely.Read more
