Haiti (sort of)

We docked at Royal Caribbean’s Private Destination in Labadee, Haiti. We watched in amazement how they disembarked 6700 passengers and tons of provisions quickly.
Royal Caribbean has a 99 year lease with the government of Haiti and maintains all of the facilities for their cruise ships. It consists of gorgeous beaches, zip lines, jet skis, parasailing and of course food and drink.
We did an historic walking tour with a native Haitian around the entire complex. He pointed out various sights and explained the history of his country.Read more
