High country day trip

Grabbed a couple of pies and chips from the exchange house and headed out to the old forestry camp at Mount Taylor for lunch, then up the Mt Baldhead road to the Marthavale turn off and headed down to the Nicholson river, bit of water in the river and wet and muddy around the camp site, we then went up Quarry Creek track onto Chesters track, you needed low 4 as it is fairly steep in sections and wet and greasy, stopped and checked out the old grader before making our way up to Engineers Road, then back on to the Mt Baldhead road to Seldom Seen then right onto Jones road, crossed the Wentworth and the Dargo rivers, then onto the Upper Dargo Road, and into Dargo for a quick stop at the shop for an ice cream, straight down the Dargo road and home for happy hour 👍 Czytaj więcej
