Off again to Sale for a Gippsland Team penning event, hit the road around 12:30 with Jane in tow, got to Sale polo cross grounds and setup everything by 3pm, had a good size camp with Jane, Gayle, Shannon and Mel C, the girls headed off for a warm up for an hour or so then it was drink time around the fire pot, Sas and Cal arrived around 7:30 got the set up in the float had dinner and a few more drinks and into bed by 10 with the diesel heater cranked up going to be a cold night. 🥶🥶🤓👍Læs mere

Woke up this morning to a good frost and heavy fog, was a super cold night and it took all morning for the sun to get out and warm things up, with a 8am start the girls had a frosty first run at no 6, didn’t do any good in the morning with Jane or Mel C. Had a quick break for lunch and then back into it, both the teams managed to penn 3 in time, but was not good enough for any satin, the hard work was all done by 2 so into a few avi drinks and then over for presentation and back to camp around the fire for dinner and more drinks before calling it quits around 10 and into bed for another chilly night 🤓👍Læs mere

It was another cold night, very frosty this morning but no fog, so sun was up and defrosted us out, got the Weber fired up and cooked bacon and eggs, the girls got sorted and did a great job in the first run of ranch sorting, got all 10 thru in under 2 minutes, a fabulous autumn day in Sale today stopped for a quick lunch break and then the girls smashed it again with 10 thru again in the avo run, started the pack up and then over to presentation, a red bit of satin was the go 2nd place for the girls, great job Mel C, Sas and Teresa, finished the pack up, loaded up the ponies and hit the road got home around 2:30, thanks to Gippsland Team penning, Mel C, Mel G, Jane, Sas, Cal, Teresa for making a great weekend even better 🤓🤓👍👍Læs mere
