And so to Norway!

Today 5hrs & 333km of driving 🚗

At 4pm local time I crossed from Sweden 🇸🇪 into Norway 🎉🇳🇴🎉, having had to do battle with technology... 🗡️

I thought it was just me / my phone but no, Google maps apparently has a glitch where it just tells you in written instructions each stage of the journey - no visual map 📖

So the Skoda Octavia and I had to have another conversation to make sure I could actually get to my friend's home today ie not taking the very scenic route 🗺️

This is all having woken up to amazing blue skies and finding the surf was definitely up 🏄‍♂️

This morning's priority was rejigging the sleeping solution 🤞 and then off along the beach for a cuppa before hitting the road around 11.30am.

Having a blast with all the different radio stations from classic rock & metal to 80s and even country music stations as well as mastering cruise control 🥷

All the way to the car ferry at Moss, Norway - it was a short wait till we rolled on and only 30mins sailing time. Thankfully as it was a bit rough (hence the wonky pictures!) 🌊🌊🌊

Then a short drive along the coast to Tonsberg where I am staying with a friend for two nights. Great to see her and walk along her very local beach 🤩🛏️🚿Read more
