Last day in the Highlands

October 5 in Scotland ⋅ 🌬 50 °F

On the last day in the highlands, we took a short mountain train in Aviemore. Then I enjoyed a lovely lunch of roast beef and toffee sticky pudding at the hotel in Aviemore.

For those who are wondering what's under a scottish kilt, I call him fergus.

Then we went to the Culloden Battlefields for a very chilly one hour tour. And then to the cultural center for cup of cappuccino and
some delicious nutilla buns.

We ended our night with a final banquet. And said are goodbyes.

Tomorrow, I'm off to Edinburgh for 3 days before my tour in York.Read more
