First 8km today was fairly easy along a designated path with crops on either side of us. First village we came to today was Sansol, we didn’t stop here but continued on to Torres del Rio as was onlyLæs mere
We left our Albergue this morning through the streets of Estella and passed the amazing old church Iglesia de San Miguel. It is believed the church dates back to the 12th century. A few kms out fromLæs mere
We left Puente La Reina this morning looking back at the Historical bridge over the River Arga. Apparently the bridge was built for pilgrims in the 11th century. We take a right following the yellowLæs mere
Leaving Pamplona we could see the wind turbines in the distance that we were heading for. We stopped for a coffee just a few kms out from Pamplona at Cizur Menor. The trail up the mountain was long,Læs mere

As we left town we went over the bridge over the Agra river and followed the road up the hill. We passed a magnesium plant on the right. There’s a fair bit of up and down today. About 2.8 km fromLæs mere

Leaving Orisson today we continued up the steep asphalt road. After climbing for about 3.8 km we passed the Statue of the Virgin Mary up on the hill. Not long after this we came across a Camino angel-Læs mere
