Dubai

Waiting to leave Dubai Airport after the circus of arriving last night having spent 35 minutes in a holding pattern over Dubai, catching a bus to the terminal from the furthest bay and trying to find the hotel in the airport!! Finally found it, had a swim and Ron went to bed to try to sleep. Still a worthwhile exercise as we both felt quite refreshed despite not sleeping much. This morning we had to catch the train to Terminal A and go through yet another security check before boarding. Security is tight for those travelling from Dubai to the United States. Sadly most of the security staff don't seem to believe in service with a smile - or anything with a smile for that matter!! Czytaj więcej
