Great Newts!

So many Eastern Newts (salamanders) everywhere on the trail. I move them to the side because they are so slow and likely to get stepped on. I got stung by a bee the other day and got itchy hives all over, even my ears. Thankfully some hikers ahead on the trail had some Benadryl for some rapid relief before it got too uncomfortable. My first time having a reaction like that and taking Benadryl. More trail magic!Leer más
