Silverthorne…

Wie jedesmal wenn wir hier sind, so machen wir auch dieses Jahr einen stop in Silverthorne.
Das erste Mal im Winter! Hochsaison!!
Aber zuerst haben Dirk und Conrad Spaß zuhause… Männer🥰
Am Nachmittag geht’s für uns beide ( scheinbar wie auch den Rest der Welt) nach Silverthorne.
Stau!!!
Nach unseren Einkäufen gehen wir unser Sushi essen und dann geht es im Dunkeln und mit vielen Schneeverwehungen ab nach Hause!
Angekommen erfahren wir dass es in Boulder Colorado ein großes Feuer gibt, und somit die Gefahr von Stromausfall möglich ist. Stefanie bereitet sich mit Kaminfeuer und Kerzen darauf vor.
Zum Glück bleiben wir verschont und verbringen einen gemütlichen Familienabend miteinander.

As usual when we visit here we make a Stop in Silverthorne. This is our first visit in winter!
High season!
But first, Opa and Conrad have to spend some time together…. Men🥰
In the afternoon the two of us take a ride ( as the rest of the world ) to Silverthorne. Stau!!!!!!
After shopping we decided to eat Sushi and drive home in the dark, snow drifts across the streets.
After we get there we hear that a huge fire happened in Boulder Colorado, with the possibility of a rolling blackout.
