Besides the idiot doing yoga on the wall behind the dolphin-clock statue (which wasn’t really that photoworthy anyway), and what I suspect was highly overpriced umi don (raw sea urchin/rice bowl), Cape Noshappu was a relatively quiet, out-of-the-way place.
