Pinnacle Presentation

Last night we were invited to a special dinner for all the pinnacle guests.
At the meal Sheila and I were presented with a bottle of champagne, a commemorative certificate in a beautiful silver frame and our stratum.
To be honest, before we went to the meal, I didn’t think much about us reaching pinnacle status, after all it's just a loyalty program.
But the amount of strangers who congratulated me and shook my hand saying "welcome to the club" amazed me.
And to be quite honest touched me.
I suppose really it is quite an exclusive club, as the Crown and Anchor society has about 6 million members, of which only about 1500 are pinnacle members.Читать далее
