Paris to St Jean Pied de Port

Today was mainly a travel day as we took a train from Paris to St. Jean-Pied-de-Port with a change in Bayonne. It was about 6 hours all together.
A lot of farm land in southern France.

When arriving in St. Jean we picked up our credentials at the pilgrims office and received our official first stamp. We walked about the town, ate some dinner and then had a waffle for dessert.

Went back to the Albergue to relax and get some rest...tomorrow we walk!Leggi altro
