St Jean to Borda

Today was no joke, straight up the mountain right out of St Jean. Not a long day only 5.5 miles but we had 2400 ft in elevation gain, definitely a huff and puffer for me.

Made it to Orrison for lunch and a beer, then only 1 more km to Bordo. Met folks from Maine, Indiana, Wisconsin and Yorkshire, UK, along the way. The alburgue here in Borda is nice and clean.

Mikael is our hospitalero and has been great. We'll have a communal meal with everyone staying here tonight, then get ready for a longer walk tomorrow.もっと詳しく
