Heute morgen um 10 Uhr fahren von Lauret los, knappe 600 km mit dem Tagesziel Besancon. Nach 6 Stunden sind wir bei entspannter Fahrt im Ibis Hotel in Besancon angekommen. Dann erkunden wir die schöne Altstadt von Besancon zu Fuß und suchen uns ein kleines Restaurant. Wir merken einen deutlichen Temperatur Unterschied von 10 Grad, hier sind es nur noch 14 Grad.Read more

We visited Besancon on at least one occasion many years ago as we floated thru central France on an 8-person barge (with 3 cother Memphis couples).

There are so many old towns to visit in Europe - all very architecturally interesting. Know you will see them !!!
