Capital city and a bit more lively and industrious. But there is no public transport!? Plenty of tuk tuk though. Prices are mostly in US $ if not you're probably in the wrong part of town!

We decided not to go to the "killing fields" but to pay our respects at this museum. It was known as S21 and is housed in the building used to torture and kill thousands of innocent victims. Please Czytaj więcej

It reads " Never will we forget the crimes committed during the Democratic Kampuchea regime". 20% to 25% of the population were killed in less than 4 years

When this prison was liberated the last 14 prisoners had been killed before the guards fled. They are buried in white graves in front of building A. There are photographs of how they were found in each room of building A in the background.
