Desert Ellie comes to visit

We had an unexpected visitor last night 😊

I woke up at around 10pm to the sound of stomping and crunching. When I looked out of the tent window, I saw the outline of a lone Ellie 🐘 no further than 10m from our car 😲

He crunched through a couple of bushes before deciding he needed something to wash it down. A nearby tap was quickly ripped out of the ground and that problem was easily solved. He then went on his way passing about 2m past our car/tent.
