Olives are probably one of the most popular harvests in Spain but there are many more. Almonds, Oranges and Lemons. Avocados and all kinds of vegetables such as Cucumber, Onions, Courgettes, Tomatoes etc.
Wine, is of course produced too.
Large parts of Spain, particularly in the South produce the Holy Trinity of Mediterranean crops: wheat, grapes and olives. Further North there are beans and pulses and more temperate food crops.
