• Growing Silent

I chose “Growing Silent” as a fitting, and maybe slightly melancholic title for this part of my blog because of the double meaning I think it carries.

I have grown more and more silent over the past few weeks, and it has been a while since I last shared something on here. But for me, there is more to this silence than simply having nothing to say. It means taking some time off, slowing down, and thinking about life in peace.

But it also means growing as an individual through the time I am fortunate enough being able to spend here, through the experiences I am having, and through everything that has happened along that very way, as cheesy that may sound.

Maybe growth needs a little silence.. , Maybe some things need time before they can find the right words… or the right place.

We decided to go on a road trip with Vanessa, a lovely friend of Joel’s who is studying abroad in Bangkok until next year. She invited us to tag along on this spontaneous little adventure we’re having right now. Our small party of three travelled west of Bangkok and stumbled across national parks, famous railways, and all kinds of local adventures.

We're having a blast, and I hope you do too while scrolling through my camera dump and slowly overused close up’s.

    Cheers!
