    Mendoza is Argentina's premier wine region, particularly for its world-class Malbec, set against stunning mountain backdrops. Our stay here has a big wine theme! The city itself is very attractive and has cool vibe.

    The journey here over the Andes was spectacular and it looks like we passed South America's highest peak - Mount Aconcagua at 6967m.

    We visited three wineries to learn about the wine making process and, of course, to sample the produce. At the third we had a gourmet luncheon with paired wines.
