Exploring Lagos

We dedicated Saturday to exploring the Old Town of Lagos and our planned boat tour out to Ponte da Piedade.
Like so many European cities Lagos has a walled portion of the city that surrounds the original town. So many amazing narrow streets and lanes, you could wander for days. Amazing architecture and the old churches are always awe inspiring.
We made our way towards the marina and off on our boat tour. We visited many caves and grottos along the coast. The action of the waves and weather on the coastline is truly incredible.
We ended our day with another walk across the old town and a stop for a quick game of mini putt!! Always fun when you’re travelling somewhere new 😁
