Lots of work 🫠 & lots of party 🥳

Busy times over here.
14 Dec. We moved 🏡, 8 days in private little villa, just around bay from marina/OtD. Ted scooter 15m to work & I work at home...on w/e we both work on boat (me working with Ted 🤔🫣🤐🫩)
22nd Dec, Finally, with jobs done, it was time. Always scary getting her back in the drink...add instructions in another language 😱. Start 11ish, a nervous drop, Ted request pause when butt floating to test everything before they let us go...lucky as the Starboard prop was on wrong & we went reverse instead of forward?? Hauled back out...lots of 🤬 (not us) and a bit of 😨 (us). Ted & mechanic fix in 15 min but now Indo rest time so 2pm, take-2. All looking ok untill test again... realise Port motor not flushing water?? Ted puzzle it out...the water pump on motor put on upside down, thankfully he can fix while floating. We both have a few more grey hairs but 🙏 to be floating again, day ends enjoying a few TF that is over 🍺 🍻.
25 Dec. Enjoyed a quiet Christmas, scootered along Lombok coast, down to Sengigi for lunch & chill in fancy pants hotel. Feeling lots of Oz Fomo & missing everyone, but getting sorted for our NY catchup in Sumbawa with motley Cvon mob helped 😊 .
27 Dec. Big day...start 6am transferring 10 beer ctn from OtD. Then 10 1/2 hr 🚗 🚢 🚗 trip, we arrive @Tropical Beach Resort, safe but weary. It was wild, wet ride, rain 🐈 & 🐕 for 4 hr drive across 🏝 & around ⛰️ . We missed the 12pm ⛴️ as no signal at ticket booth, 1pm ⛴️ got under way just before 2pm. It was windy & current strong, arrive 4pm after supposed 1 1/2 hr trip? 2hr drive around & between ⛰️ ⛰️ ⛰️, very glad to arrive 6pm to crew & cold 🍺 🍻 🍺. Our poor driver had to return straight away as had job next day.
2 Jan. 7am to 5pm 🚗 🚢 🚗 return trip to OtD after an awesome week of chillax, lots of belly laughs, yummy food, too much beer, daily surfs, outings & stunning sunsets. We scored the honeymoon suite looking out into bay/surf 👍 gathering spot for pool times & surf watch.
Next stop South Lomok for 🌊 ...we think 😂
