Phu Kradueng

Für heute habe ich mich mit Lea zum Hiking verabredet. Nach einem Frühstück (herzhafter Reis Porridge, in dem ein rohes Ei drin war - ok, aber etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für mich😅) sind wir los auf den Trail.

Hier ist gerade die heiße Jahreszeit und Trockenperiode, in der Zeit kommen die Elefanten weit an die Wasserfälle ran. Aus diesem Grund wurden alle Trails auf der Seite des Dschungels aus Sicherheitsgründen gesperrt. Also blieb nur der Trail an den Cliffs entlang.

Der war entspannt und wir haben uns toll unterhalten. Wir haben immer wieder die gleichen Besucher getroffen, dank der Trockenzeit ist auch Off-Season und es sind vergleichsweise wenige Menschen da. Am letzten Cliff, das gleichzeitig das beliebteste ist, gab es eine längere Pause mit Mittag und Kaffee - ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass ich hier mein bisher bestes Thai Food bekomme, aber die Suppe war ein Traum.

Nach Fotos am Cliff ging es die Strecke wieder zurück und wir sind erst wieder für den Sonnenuntergang gestoppt. Alles in allem ein super schöner und entspannter Tag.

Meine Batterien sind durch die viele Natur voll geladen und ich freue mich auf die nächsten Tag.

Today I arranged to go hiking with Lea. After breakfast (hearty rice porridge with a raw egg in it - OK, but I had to get used to it 😅) we set off on the trail.

It's the hot season and dry period here, and during that time the elephants come very close to the waterfalls. For this reason, all the trails on the jungle side were closed for safety reasons. So the only trail left was the trail along the cliffs.

It was relaxed and we had a great chat. We kept meeting the same visitors, but thanks to the dry season it's also the off-season and there are comparatively few people there. At the last cliff, which is also the most popular, we took a longer break with lunch and coffee - I didn't expect to get my best Thai food yet here, but the soup was a dream.

After taking photos at the cliff, we went back the same way and only stopped again for the sunset. All in all, a really beautiful and relaxed day.

My batteries are fully charged by all the nature and I am looking forward to the next days.Read more
