Sicily - Preparations

At some point in my life, I had to hold a training for Sicilian wines. Preparing this, I figured out, that sicily was owned by various, very different parties.

There were the greek until 500 years B.C. Then it was under the byzantium regime until 800 A.C. After that came the arabs until 1000 A.C. Then came the normans (!) and various other parties until it was held under the kingdom of naples. During that time the mafia rose...
