Day #8

Today’s was a stunning drive on terrifying mountain passes, but I have few photos because I was sick. Somehow I managed to catch a nasty cold.

Chamonix – Briançon
Mileage: 250 km (155 mi)
Timing: 5 - 6 hours (incl. stops)

We started with Col de L'Iseran at 2.764 m elevation, passing to the summit of Col du Galibier and Col du Lautaret, along with great mountain scenery on the way. Massive rocks, mountain pastures and snow-covered landscapes makes it all worthwhile!
