    Our wine steward, Agus, recommended the Tommasi Pinot Grigio to pair nicely with Donna’s Roasted Free Range Poulet de Breese, as well as, my Norwegian Salmon & Crab Gratin.

    A subtle fruit pair like aroma - it’s slightly dry but with a hint of fruit which coats our palette with a sense of a spring morning.

    Agus was right. The perfect wine to go with our dinner.
