Train to Hellfire Pass and Raft Hotel

A big buffet breakfast, then off to the train station to ride the train over the River Kwai bridge on the way to Nam Tok for lunch.
Then on to the Hellfire Pass memorial centre - a very moving experience.
Back along the railway to take photos of the next train coming along some of the wooden bridges along the rockface.
Then onwards to our River Raft Hotel for the next two nights - quiet and relaxing with no power or phone reception. We had a yummy dinner and watched the local tribe cultural show.Läs mer
