Starting the journey home

A relaxed start to the day, checked out of the Raft Hotel and caught a boat back to the pier to meet our minibus driver again. Stopped off at a cultural site, followed by temple of the day on the way back. Drove by Bangkok just before peak hours, then on to MEGA Bangna for dinner and some last minute shopping (Kate bought a new camera) then on to the airport for tearful goodbyes. Picked up our UK luggage from storage and got changed into travelling clothes after being in shorts/tshirts for the last week.
Checked into our flight and struggled to stay awake until boarding time just before midnight.Baca lagi
