    The cooking of Ian’s main meal was quite interesting so I am doing a second entry with photos showing the process. The waiter said it was the chef’s signature dish.     ViaggiatoreAustrian Tokay for my digestiveI think it is Hungarian going by the label. I think you can no longer use the name Tokay outside Hungary.
