Dune du Pilat, Gironde

Sunshine is back!
We have driven by the Dune du Pilat in the Arcachon bay today. It's the largest sand dune in Europe and a very popular tourist destination. We've climbed it twice before on different holidays ....it's hard work!! But we just looked at it today and enjoyed the rest of our very scenic drive through the most beautiful forests.Læs mere
