Glorious Cromwell

Just because the town is so photogenic and I had a really nice couple of days here.

I walked up Jacksons point which was interesting and tested my "being on a very small path, very high up" issues.

The freedom camp site was amazing, the township very cute and I did a wonderful cycle ride alongside Lake Dunstan.

No judging but I was "pressured" into a pedal assisted mountain bike and I'm so pleased. There were a two massive inclines with switchbacks, I know I would have walked up some of the way with a traditional bike but with the little press of the button..... I still had to pedal and I was still out of breath but it was a little luxury that I may be "pressured" into again!! Not one bit of walking!

The cycle ride was perfect, I'm not sure how I feel about the bridges drilled into the ancient mountains but technology and development does make nature accessible!Читать далее
