Start of a busy day in Annecy

We walked through old Annecy and found a beautiful big park. It was a warm day and people were sunbaking! The mountains looked beautiful. We went on a carousel in the park. You can go in paddle boatsWeiterlesen
Lac d'Annecy

We went on a boat around the big lake. Our boat was called Le Cygne, which means "swan". There are a few swans around, which is cool because we don't see many birds in French towns. Anyway, LakeWeiterlesen
Palais de l'Isle- the jail!

There was a really old jail built on a tiny island in the river in the 1100's, I guess lot of people couldn't swim back then. It was also used as a mint for making coins- it looked like a kitchen withWeiterlesen

Mum found out how close we were to Switzerland (only 43km) so we just had to go!! Another country! It was a bit rainy and the city was pretty normal-looking but the lake was nice and the big fountainWeiterlesen

Goodbye to Annecy

Lego Land Malaysia!!!!!

BEST DAY EVER.

A funny wildlife day!

First I saw some lady peacocks fighting near the breakfast tables, they lost some feathers which I could collect. Then when a big storm started, a big thunderclap scared a male peacock on the roof! HeWeiterlesen
We are home!!

We had a great time in the tropics (that's where it's really hot and rains heaps) but it's also great being home with our rooms and toys and games. Can't wait to see you all!
