Today's venture was a Ho-Ho experience around Split. Lots of history and buildings and the soccer stadium, and sculptures. The downtown area has Diocletian's retirement digs and the Church of St. Francis.

Also featured are numerous gelaterias. There was a market going on- all the usual tourist stuff, in addition to the proper market meats, fruits, veggies, preserves et al.
