Sunday easy day.

Not allowed to work on Sunday so I do a decent cleanup. All the loose cut offs get stacked, things get trashed out in neat piles that I can dispose off.

Then I sit in the sun on my chair and I can feel the fatigue setting into my body I can barely move.

I do manage to get on the bicycle and I get an hour back right in on the gravel roads behind the house. What a great area for exercise right out my door.

Chuck and Kathy are having a tamale party, we had a nice dinner and I got to meet a few of their old friends again for a nice conversation.

It was a good rest day, I needed it.Les mer
