Japanese cuisine as served on ANA! It was very interesting - I enjoyed the salmon and rice dishes. Some of the appetizers were a bit too fishy for my taste. But all in all, a cool experience.

Fun fact - the museum is actually sinking! The back side of the building gets lower with each passing year. You can really tell by looking at this large piece. At first I thought the picture was crooked - but alas, it's the building!

The top floor of the museum had an outdoor garden with reflection pools and an overlook where visitors have a clear view of the financial district, marina, and other high rise areas.
