Former Royal Stables - The Karls

    July 24 in Germany ⋅ ☁️ 66 °F

This used to be the Royal Stablrs. It is now a music school. There are two bronze sculptures on either side. The left side is of Karl Marx, who is often referred to as the father of communism because of his book: "The Communist Manifesto". It represents socialists going to help the oppressed.
The other side is for Karl Liebknecht. He was a politician and revolutionary socialist and a leader of the far-left wing of the Social Democratic Party of Germany. He was also very anti-war. This represents him calling on soldiers to focus on ruling class when fighting (instead of attacking each other).
