    There are 24 languages that are used so that all countries can be equally represented. One thing I learned about their interpretation services was about less common languages. Interpretaters always listen to their non-native language, and then speak their native language. The exception is the less common languages. While it may be easier to find somebody who speaks Romanian and Hungarian, finding aomebody who speaks Romanian and Dutch may be quite hard. So they use a "relay" language. They will listed to the interpretation of a language they do know (for example English) and will then interpret it into English. So instead of Romainian to Dutch, it may go Romainian to English to Dutch.Read more
