Our next activity was Urban Plunge. The goal of this activity was to get an experience of what homelessness was like in DC. From the church we had to find our way to Eastern Markets, once there we find out as much as we could about homelessness from random strangers. We also had to feed everyone in our group plus one additional person lunch for no more than $2 a person.
    The groups were:
Group 1: Leaders: Grant, Emily, and Kaliah. Students: Josiah, Makenna, Katelyn, and Madison.
Group 2: Leaders: Calvin, and Greg. Students: Stephanie,Orlando, Antoine, and Daryl.
Group 3: Leaders: Jess, and Liz. Students: Joshua, Jeremy, JB, and Erica

Jess pulled out her phone to make sure we were going the right direction, instead of turning right out of the church she told us to turn left, a minute later she realized we actually wanted to go the other way.
