Peggy's Cove, NS

We had to drive back to Halifax in the afternoon as we had an appointment to have our 48,000 km maintenance done at the local Toyota dealership. From there it was on to the famous Peggy's Cove, an hour drive west of Halifax. Although there was a sign warning of rogue waves and we were both aware of a recent death, JS just had to explore with reckless abandon! We stopped at the nearby memorial for the 229 passengers that died when SwissAir 111 crashed at Peggy's Cove in 1998 killing all :(Read more
